The Ada Jobs Foundation is accepting applications for : Full-Time Administrative Assistant

The position will provide general administrative, office and research assistance to the President/CEO.  The duties include providing clerical and administrative support with minimal supervision, routinely updating specific website pages, writing complete and accurate minutes of meetings, keeping accurate and current records of financial transactions and client information, collecting and compiling business and demographic data from secondary sources, and assisting with event planning and management.  

Qualifications: Pleasant English speaking voice.  Proper English grammar.  Excellent telephone and writing skills.  Competent using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Comfortable greeting and interacting with office guests and business executives.  Experience with business information preferred.  Experience with QuickBooks and customer relations databases a plus.   Candidates must present a professional appearance.  Pay will be based on experience starting at $8-10/hour.  The application deadline is August 5th at 5PM.  EOE
